RV's for Less!

During our close to two year research for our RV, we came across RVs for Less in the Knoxville, TN area.  We heard about them through their ads in Trailer Life Magazines and stopped to their dealership on our way to Charlotte, NC.

By the time we visited them, we had already been to a few RV Shows and  most  all the RV dealerships in the Middle TN, Birimingham & Northern Alabama area.   Upon visiting them and meeting the owners Butch & Karen Burson, we knew that this was a dealership we could trust.  We were impressed with their outstanding products and the owners' dedication to personal service and their honest Christian approach to RV sales.

We continuously watched their website “Inventory” page and finally scored our perfect Fifth Wheel – a 2012 Heartland Landmark Mesa!  We never thought we could actually afford to buy a Landmark but with their prices we could.  We called right away and purchased it sight unseen with a $1,000 deposit.  When we were finally able to pick it up, it was exactly as they described and perfect for us.  They encouraged us to spend a night in it on their lot.  This way, we could go over a check list while we were actually using it.  The next day, we told them the minor things we found.  Well…this was January.  And, even in Tennessee it gets cold!  So, needless to say, we did not run either of the air conditioners

It wasn’t until we were in Charleston, NC in May that we noticed our main unit was not running at all.  We were suspicious during our Carrabelle trip, but it wasn’t warm enough there to really be sure.  Thankfully, RVs for Less replaced the unit at no charge to us.  I think that if we had purchased this at another dealership, they may have charged us since it was not new when we purchased it. RV's for Less  told us that it was covered under a manufacturer's warranty.  

Their philosophy is to treat their customer right and they depend on word of mouth referrals from happy buyers.  We are very happy that we purchased our Fifth Wheel from them  and highly recommend that you check them out, too!  It doesn’t matter where you live, check out their website and you’ll be glad you did.
