Today is a sunny but cool day and a great day for a drive. We needed groceries, so took a scenic drive up Hwy 98 to Crawfordville. We stocked up at the local Walmart and then take a visit to the nearby Bald Point State Park. Why is it only fun to go to Walmart when you are traveling? This is a special quiet place to spend the day on the beach. It has a nice public beach area with facilities and was totally vacant while we were there. It was a little too chilly to spend time here today. I hope we get a chance to return on a warmer day.
