FINALLY!
Dave caught our dinner for tonight! :-) He hooked two Whitings, just
enough for a tasty dinner pictured above. Neither of us has ever had
Whiting before or even heard of it before this trip. I am not a big
fish lover, especially if it tastes fishy. This fish though is so
delicious! I am surprised that it is not on the menu at most seafood
restaurants. Dave prepared the fish by dipping in egg & milk and
then rolled in garlic & herbs bread crumbs. He fried lightly in pan
with a small amount of oil. VERY GOOD!
